1. Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to convince customers to purchase a product or service;
2. Contact individuals by telephone in order to discuss sales for goods or services
3. Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
4. Obtain customer information such as name, address, and other contact details.
5. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
6. Maintain records of contacts, accounts
7. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
College degree holder, Preferably graduate of BS Marketing, Computer literate; proficient in Office applications -very organized, fast learner, Experience in Telemarketing is an advantage but not a requirement, With good communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
